Because PsychData is designed to protect the integrity of collected data, certain edits to your survey may impact its default data structure. If this is the case, you will see a warning on the Data page for impcted surveys and a README.TXT file will be included in all data downloads. The following edits may result in a data warning:
The Reset Data Structure feature will:
WARNING: The Reset Data Structure action is permanent and cannot be undone.
WARNING: This feature may make new survey data incompatible with previous downloads. In the example below, the answer value “1” equals “Red” in previous downloads and “Yellow” in subsequent downloads.
WARNING:All data will be deleted when running this feature.
